Poor, slow service. Many customers left. Staff could be trained better on customer service

The staff on the 3rd floor near the trial room was horribly rude. May be she was tired of working, but that is not how you answer or behave.

Went into this H&M last Saturday. I wanted to try on a shirt and asked to do so at the fitting room. I was told none were available. I stood in front of the fitting room waiting for one to become available as two women of different complexion walk up and the manager offers them both individually a dressing room whilst clearly... read full comment
