Recently joined and very happy with Fitness First in Mayfair. Well equiped gym and great staff, thanks Cristina for your amazing classes!Only improvement point: gym closes at 9 pm whereas most other gym close at 10 pm, would be great to have one extra opening hour in the evening.

Our Mayfair gym is located in Berkeley Square, central London, and offers members cutting edge fitness facilities. Situated just a five-minute walk from Green Park tube station, this gym gives members access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, gym floor and a private lounge. Members are also given clean towels on arrival.
If you’re interested in group exercise classes, Fitness First Mayfair has a vast weekly timetable of classes, which includes spin, circuit, boxing, core and HIIT sessions, to highlight just a few. Personal training sessions are also available for those who need help defining their health and fitness goals.
Access to our Berkeley Square club is for home club members only - it is excluded from multi club access.
