During my stay in London I have received perfect attention from the pharmacist Miss María in this pharmacy. It is really very nice to find empathetic people willing to help with kindness and professionalism.

The postman was unavailable 1.5 hours after opening time. There was a big queue outside waiting for them. I could not drop off my parcel.Update after owner's response: yes, I was a little bit wrong - not 1.5 hours but half an hour after opening. Best Pharmacy in Central London! I can't believe the experience I had. The pharmacist was so kind and knowledgeable! She also went extra mile for me and ordered my item which came next day!
