Great customer service at the store. Absurdly bad customer service thereafter. Delivery dates were all wrong and it has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. I am still trying as of right now. Would expect much better from a store selling expensive / mission-critical products such as PCs.

Only giving a 1 as can't give a zero. I went into 02 and had the most amazing customer service, said was going to pop into curry's to see their delays know the phone. Basically got ignored for 10 mins. 1 girl just stood at the other side of the store doing nothing and couldn't be bothered to ask me if I needed help. ... read full comment
