I was given a coupon instead of a receipt. When I came to return the item they said the automatic payment machine gives out coupons first prior to receipt which is very misleading to a customer that is in a rush.

Best place to get anything you want, sometimes It will be busy a bit but just be patient and you will get what you want. I always go to my local boots near my home, staffs are very friendly
