I got severe high blood pressure...currently on medications for it. I felt really bad and asked if they could measure my blood pressure but they refused to do it. What a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Awful experience

I was looking for a neck pillow as I’m travelling today, and I was helped by a very welcoming employee Sara, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had found one although they didn’t have it on shop floor- big big thank you to her, will definitely be going back!

I am very surprised that Boots in such a busy location has such a little cate for the clients.The customer service is very rude and inconsiderate. Yesterday ( 3/01) I was quiting to their self checkout when a guy on the cash register literally left the desk ( while we were queqying) to have a fun chat with their collequeuges!... read full comment
