Too long to write in full detail. Severely understaffed and clearly used to things this way. Less than 2 stars on google with good reason.

One of the worst manager is call Mr Ali. He is so rude and shouting to customer when talking. Boots needs to teach him how to behave and manner with customers rather then becoming a Manager!
