Badly managed store, first person I ask for help I had to draw their face off their phone that they were using and there's no way they would even show me properly where the item I wanted was. It then turned out but that person was the store manager.Other customers trying to get help in different parts of the store also... read full comment

Popped into this branch to find a clearance item but it transpired it wasn't available. This branch is fairly small with a small range of products compared with the bigger branches with a wide array of products giving an overall better shopping experience. Helpful staff and nice layout with a lovely umbrella selection.... read full comment
