I went there for having a BOC bank account. The staff who assisted me is really friendly and nice. The documentation they need is not that complicated and they help to print . But I have waited for at least twenty minutes as they only have two non- cash service.

The dude manning the non cash counter had an absolutely awful attitude and incredibly unhelpful. The man on duty at counter A had an absolutely awful attitude and was very impatient. I really don’t know what the Bank of China is doing here.
