Shop wouldn’t refund clothing taken back due to glitch in their system that didn’t recognise my card. The manager was extraordinarily dismissive and kept telling me to contact their customer services - couldn’t be bothered to do it herself - AWFUL customer service!

Been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks. Be warned don’t order online if it doesn’t fit and you need it returned and refunded this company is in no rush to return you the money. Finally got my refund a month later and it was 80 dolllars less than I was suppose to get. The company global E commerce rip you off.
