If I could give -5 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I don't think I've ever been treated like this. I have always been treated courteously at this sorting office. They have always been helpful. Maybe if you get a bad service you need to look at how you treat the people working there!!

First of all stuff is so rude, it feels like they are doing a favour to me without getting paid for it.There is only one decent person working there.I had my personal post box there once, paid for 6months ahead.
