Nice staff, beer garden looks great. Much more like a cafe than a pub however, cold bright lights, no music, very strange

Lovely pub down by the canal with split level seating areas, some outdoor sections overlooking the canal, perfect for a nice warm evening or daytime snack. The beers were good, the staff very friendly and it was quite empty when we were there just after 12. The food looked nice, although we only had a light snack. Sunday... read full comment

It was great meeting and seeing new interesting people and other kindred spirits, in a really historically rich and cultured town, outside of London. The drive there was well worth it! Thanks for the excellent food, the great service and the fun and secure atmosphere everyone can see, feel, hear and enjoy.
