I placed on order through Uber eats and they forgot to put an item. In this order I ordered two boxes of cat food they only placed one. I’ve been trying to call them multiple times and no one picks up the phone !

I don't know what is going on lately, but they seem to be always be closing earlier than what is advertised on official website which is 11pm.
