Arranged a furniture collection. Pick-up drivers took a 10 second look at our pieces and didn't want them because of the tiniest scratch. This after rearranging all our stuff, unpacking and cleaning to get it ready. Manager is very kind and helpful along with all the volunteering staff who are very polite gave me great service.
