Today, I visited the Sports Direct branch in Edmonton Green and had a positive experience. Patrick was exceptionally helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He demonstrated great patience as I tried out various shoe sizes. The Edmonton Green branch is fortunate to have such friendly and capable staff.

The store manager was completely rude, aggressive, non understanding and a lier. He overcharged me for a 3 pack t-shirt on purpose. The pack said £10 and I was charged £13 when I told him that the pack clearly said £10 and not £13 he got aggressive.
