Arrived back at Heathrow after a long and stressful journey that was made even worse when it came to collecting our Luggage. Waiting time to collect luggage was 2 hours and 45 minutes which is absolutely shocking. There was only 1 other flight before us listed on the information board and so the delay was inexplicable.... read full comment
