We were totally disgusted by the dirty and ripped state of the seats! We arrived with friends from the US and this is what they experienced as their impression of the UK. Tables and chairs are disgusting and embarrassing way to greet foreigners and welcome back family. Shame on you Costa and Heathrow Airport for allowing such low standards.
