Staff was friendly, cosy atmosphere, however, the drink I got tasted pretty watered down even after selecting the stronger option. Probably wouldn't buy the same drink again. (Frappe Mocha)

I bought a cup of latte in this cafe and chose a seat. The waiter took away the cup after I finished the latte. However, a woman who claimed to be the manager asked me not to stay here even though I explained that I had already purchased coffee here. Located inside Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 and is on the right hand side as you leave the arrival hall.We have been here a few times. It’s quite cosy and spacious. Clean and tidy.
