every single time i enter this branch, without fail, the changing room staff are always more interested in chatting amongst themselves and shouting and laughing to each other across the store. apart from the lack of professionalism, they are also incompetent at their own job. Zara really need to step up on customer service. Staff at the desk were rude, didn’t acknowledge me when I was waiting for a refund in line, no eye contact. Next time I’ll just shop online
