3 weeks ago, I visited Zac & Co hairdresser for highlights and a cut, but unfortunately, I left with damaged hair that was still damp on the inside and had the wrong color. The hairdresser was multitasking, attending to three people simultaneously. The entire procedure took 2 and a half hours, and when she finally began drying my hair, it was close to closing time, so she rushed through it. As a result, my hair felt dry, heavy, and dull. Despite using a hair mask twice a week since then, my hair remains very dry, resembling a bird's nest when wet. With an upcoming trip to the beach, I'm unsure if I'll be able to swim with my hair in this damaged state. I've had highlights done many times before at different salons, always leaving with beautiful, soft hair. This is the first time I've paid £200 for someone to ruin my hair. Never again!

Lovely salon with friendly staff.I had a haircut by Maria @cupidshair which I love. She really listened to what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the process.Would thoroughly recommend

Good customer service and friendly girl washed my hair but not curly hair friendly I paid £48 pound to have treatment on my hair and curly hair diffused. During the styling process very little product was applied and no form of curly hair technique is used like finger coiling. The hair is not put in sections to apply products evenly just blow dried the hair in different directions. The styling process was very rushed seemed like she cared about finishing quickly than customer satisfaction. The result was very disappointing considering the price I would say you are better off finding a new hair salon that knows how to style curly hair properly.

I get very nervous around haircuts, but had a wonderful time here! The team was welcoming from the moment I walked in. This was my first haircut as an openly trans person, and I didn't feel any sort of judgement or questions about what I was asking for, and I felt really validated.My hair was an absolute mess and Suzy did a great job cutting it into shape. She was quick and did exactly what I wanted! I found the price really reasonable as well, and because I paid through the Treatwell app, the whole process was super smooth.I definitely hope to come back for my next cut!

I visited Zac & Co today and had my massage done by Leah. On arrival I was offered tea. Leah was very nice and pleasant and also asked questions to establish my needs. I had a wonderful experience here, nice smells of aroma and will definitely be rebooknig again I feel very relaxed and my body feels good. Thank you so much.

Very lovely experience getting my blonde done for the first time by a salon. Perfect shade of ash blonde, speedy and very enjoyable experience. Hair and scalp feel good and got some great advice for minimising damage when I swim. Will be coming back for my touch ups! Good cup of tea.

£49 for a wash, haircut and blowdry with Suzy!Happy with the cut ! I asked for layers and to frame my face! She did exactly what I asked for??? !! I am pleased and will come again !

I had colour and tretment with Suzy. The best colour I had ! hair is silky smooth and feels amazing. the shade of brown is just perfect! so happy! my hair felt dry and frizzy before. Beautiful products used.

Ive been here a few times now and always had a different stylist. Carly fixed my hair after an awful hairdresser (different salon!) did a bad balyage and she made it beautiful. Another stylist (cant remeber name, sorry!) dyed my hair again a year later and did a beautiful job and Suzy cut my hair today and again, beautiful job and style. They're always professional and lovely.
