I had entered the store at 14:04 and I was looking for a late gift for my grandmother as I was visiting her and I don’t see her often. Security guard kept hovering over me and accused me of stealing. When all I did was take a picture of one of the items and put my phone in my carrier bag. Also very overpriced in general. Do not come to this store

The two stars is for being able to get a cheap packet of tissues at a WHSmith branch and the reasonable customer service from the male member of staff who was behind the counter at the time (09/09/2023 09:07) - is he the store manager or a supervisor?
