Terrible and lazy as hell staff!! Didn't know customer service means you stand one place and make out that the customer is blind when asking for a product but won't show them where it is. If I could give no stars I would the whole point of asking for help is for you to show me where the product is and not be so unhelpful.... read full comment

This is a large WHSmith store, a travel location serving London Victoria Station. They have a great selection of travel essentials such as a drinks fridge, including a small selection of alcohol, that covers almost the whole wall on the right side of the store.
