Difficult to make a complaint to a person..I was told to go on line or email..I eventually got to leave a message with the person on the phone who in turn said she'd pass the message on very strange experience

Exeter main branch closes at the drop of a hat which in turn means city centre main post office has to close. Closed one or two days a week without any notice. No other shop in city closes, everyone else manages. Probably follows the lead of their head office in London who refuse to take any calls, whole support dept closed.... read full comment
