The Hub/Hotel is located near the Southbank of the River Thames and close to Lambeth Palace. Clean beds, laundry done efficiently. If I could leave a lower review I would. I am a cab driver and I saw this hotel at 6AM and went in and asked if I could use their toilets.The person I asked got up from behind his desk and asked me to follow him so I did. Echoing previous reviews (which I wish I’d seen in advance), but I’d thoroughly recommend avoiding this place. We used Yourparkingspace.co.uk to book a parking space. Asked politely to use the toilet but instead got shuffled out and shouted at. Security were swearing and aggressive - it’s definitely not a hotel now... read full comment
