Poor quality and rude staff, with 0 customer service skills. They clearly could use more training.

I’d give it 5 stars were it not for the invasive security staff. But I guess that’s necessary. Otherwise one couldn’t ask for a more complete food store.

I am really sad to see the rapid going downhill of Waitrose every time I am in office visiting. The staffs at self check out are being so rude and unfriendly today. Not enough self check out open.
