The guy name Becks very rude he was sending the customers that came after us before and than when I asked him he replies me that don't come ask every 5 min ( when I didn't)& he say I know everything and he was completely unprofessional. I was scammed at the Vodafone shop in Stratford. I bought a phone, and they gave me a tablet. The tablet was free, but they added a second number to my account. I paid £14.99 for over three years for a number I never received, activated, or used.

One of the customer service lied about the offer. They told me if i take the package of 20£ for 80 gb in 2 year contract i will able to get a new phone on contract after 3 months.. and the package price will reduce to 13-14£ .. now that i want a new phone they told me with that phone i have to take 30£ airtime plan..150gb..... read full comment
