I went to this salon today after reading 5 star reviews. I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted and told her to keep my shape natural. She did not listen and was too arrogant and had terrible attitude, she had other customers and was too busy but she still told me and my friend to sit and wait. For tint she used a big brush did not shape my brows, and made me look like a joker and I have to go to a wedding tomorrow and I don?t know what to do. She was running from one customer to other and paid no attention to what we asked for. I would not recommend this to anyone. Do not go there as this is waste of money.

My experience was beyond awful. The customer service was shockingly terrible, the prices were unbelievably high for the atrocious service provided. I've never encountered such a disastrous combination of incompetence and indifference. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this place at all costs. The lady called Uzma literally shouted at me and was defending herself for doing a great job but in reality she did absolutely horrendous job and she was extremely arrogant. I wish I could give her 0 star as she doesn?t deserve any. All 5 star reviews are fake as we entered her salon she said give me 5 star review.Save your money don?t go there at any cost.

Phenomenal service, so happy with my eyebrow threading. Uzma was so lovely to chat to and definitely an eyebrow expert. Walked in on thurs morning and my experience was super quick and pain free. Cant wait to come back! Thank you uzma!
