If you are a commercial BTL business do not bother. They completely waist your time and money. Never complete even the most simple deals.Also they comment saying they review everything. This is absolute rubbish. No review process, and no customer care.Avoid this bank at all costs.

Well I opened up a 2 year bond account.. you then find out you then have to apply to open a profile on their website to see your account and any money you have in it... not like every other company where you can open a profile, and then open a bond account. these do it the wrong way around. and then because you can not... read full comment
