Literally just a room NOTHING else. No foyer no nothing. Lady who served me was quite rude when we arrived an hr early like we were an inconvenience. We did not even ask her and we're told we did not book early check in and room was not ready. I asked can we pay for early access and was told yes. So, room was ready but... read full comment
