There are lots of good things about Toklas Bakery, most of which are pretty obvious. They have a big problem with people who buy a coffee and sit right through the lunch hours on a laptop or phone, meaning there are almost no seats. I liked it, but it's been so hyped up that maybe I expected more?
Prices were reasonable, flavours were good, pastry was good. Best I've had in London? No, but the two things I tried (cardamon bun, Wensleydale swirl) were good.
