Came to get my boots reheeled, the man did a really bad job and I couldnt walk on my boots properly anymore. When I went back and told him that the job wasn't done properly, he got extremely defensive. He said he would redo it, but it turned out even worse - he completely emptied the heel! Went there at about 2.30pm to get a key cut, found it closed, with notice on the door to say he would be back about 3pm!! Couldn't wait. Came back about 5.30pm, he said it would take an hour to cut and as he is closing at 6pm didn't want to do it, and bye the way if he was to do it another day it would cost £36 for one... read full comment
