Ginger lad so extremely patronising. Reluctant to help then told me I had to send my watch to tissot as the strap was unfixable. This turned out to be absolute rubbish as the timpsons at east Croydon fixed it in 2 mins. On top of being completely rude and incompetent he’s also one of the ugliest people I’ve ever seen...
