One member of staff is rude and doesn't respect customers. I am talking about guy with short grey hair wearing glasses .I went there several times and each time he was unable to help. I only needed small things like making a hole in a belt e.t.c. However he always find different excuses and then ignores you.

Martin is a gem - took a shoe in to see if he could repair it and not only could he repair it, he made it look so easy that he refused to even charge me for it! My second visit here and would recommend to anyone, any time.
