Went to Tiffany’s to purchase a first piece for a special Birthday, couldn’t have been more grateful for the service received by Yuki, she was very attentive and made the experience so special.

Stood there browsing and waited to be served for over 10 mins but the salespersons would only play with their phones. Thought she was selling jewelleries worth tens of thousands to some vip customers over WhatsApp. Only when the security guard stepped in the Asian saleswoman reluctantly came over in a very slow fashion...
