It’s a scam. I returned my router and Three sent me a confirmation email of reception, but they still billed me for no return of the router. I spent hours with their customer support and they could not resolve.

Amazing place to waste 40’ and not get anything done. Many places nearby to grab a coffee from whilst waiting for staff to not help with your request
