Did not let me exchange some trousers for a different size after receiving them as a Christmas gift. Not really in the spirit of helping out.

The clothes are great. Unfortunately the staff are extremely unhelpful and rude, and have been each of the three times I’ve been and purchased. I went to this lovely shop today and was served by a truly great sales assistant called Hedley. A breath of fresh air to be served by someone so charming and effecient.
