I'm a big fan of The White Company and love treating myself to a few bits every now and again. All the products are well designed and well made. Went into the Canary Wharf branch on Saturday and Gloria was super helpful. I tried on loads of stuff and she was happy to get different sizes to try and help me style a few bits.... read full comment

Wouldn’t use this company ever again, poor customer service, they neglect to let you know that when you use a gift voucher and then pay extra towards the item via card, that the refunds would go on to a credit note even though I still spent the voucher credit and all I wanted back was the extra money I paid which I’m... read full comment

I love White Company. Always shop online , but this time stoped at canary wharf branch and they have poor customer service.Was amazed how they don’t care about their clients . People like this simply should work on their own.
