Food is great, especially breakfasts. But when it's busy the service for hot drinks is terrible. Get more coffee machines! You have enough staff to make more drinks in parallel

This place does a lovely selection of coffee and pastries. However, their alarm inside went off twice today for long periods. I forgot it did used to do this as used to visit this cafe a few years ago and it was the same then. very off putting.
