The service is bad The employees are not friendly and if you call them they do not look at you. I waited for more than ten minutes until I was able to attract their attention.

Enjoyed a nice hot decaf soy latte. Came with a little ice cream too! (But I didn’t eat it since I had an empty stomach).

The place is nice, the tea and scones are delicious, but the service is very, very, very bad, to the point that it is not worth ever returning to it?
