Dropped in for a drink and snack while exploring Covent Garden. Got sat on the main floor close to the bar.
Really loved the selection of beers they had, was able to try some IPA’s from local breweries. My friend got an espresso martin and we split the sausage roll!
Located right at the heart of London’s Covent Garden, opposite the London Underground tube, the Nag’s has been a McMullen pub since 1927. A public house called The Nag’s Head has occupied 10 James Street since at least the 1670s. The current building is an example of Neo-Jacobean pub architecture (P. E. Pilditch) and was erected in 1900 being one of the 30 plus listed buildings in the Covent Garden area.
Make sure to visit our iconic pub on your way to or from the eclectic shops of Covent Garden. Enjoy a tasty lunch, stunning evening meal, or after work drinks. With our upstairs dining area, downstairs pub, and outside seating, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a pint.
