A very stylish, friendly and super-clean hotel on Russell Square. The two members of staff who dealt with us couldn't have been more helpful, and anything we asked for was quickly done for us. In addition to being close to the British Museum, it was also one stop away from King's Cross Station, making it very convenient to access.The people at the counter were also very kind and nice. Really enjoyed my stay and the room itself, but unfortunately the road noise was just too ever present and loud for me to want to stay here again. I would be returning to this hotel without question if they could further isolate the sound on the outer facing windows.
