I?ve been going to this gym for a couple years. There?s not been much improvement since it opened.The layout is the same. There?s no new equipment. Some machines are not maintained properly. The dumbbells only go up to 40kg unlike other gyms in the area have 50kg dumbbells. Every weekday from 4pm - 8pm the gym is packed with groups of 2-3 per bench. The gym needs a change soon.

Fake Promotion.Tried to to apply promo code for NO JOINING FEE, FIRST MONTH HALF PRICE.Did not work. Paid full price + joining fee. Email them and no response. The gym in Sydenham seems like no one does cleaning. No tissues in the gym when you need to wipe. No hair dryer.

My sister?s phone dropped down the stair master and the service given to get it back was amazing. Char and Jude gave the best performance getting it back, Jude also came all way from Catford just to help.

Yesterday my phone dropped into the stairmaster all though the two staff were off duty (Jude and char) they still helped me to get my phone out of the machine. This gym is a great place to be and the staff are very helpful thank you guys for your service.
