The staff was a little bit rude ,didn’t pay to much attention for a client who was interested to buy a gift,ask for packing nice ,or if they have a card to write a message,but nothing….didn’t have nothing.In Windsor girls who work there are very polite and pay attention to details.

I went to the lovely store in westfields today, I have got to give a massive thanks to Waseem. Not only did he greet me immediately whilst I walked into the store , in addition his service was absolutely marvellous and super professional!!! Thank you so much Waseem. You are an absolute asset to Swarovski!!!!
