Friendly, helpful drivers. I had a furniture collection today, I was kept notified days before about my collection and today. The drivers refused to take my donation of a brand new sofa, which was in perfect condition, and they didn't offered any explanation for this. Furthermore, when talking to someone at the shop, and after showing them more pictures of the sofa, they promised to reschedule a new collection which never happened. I tried to... read full comment
