The assistants are rude. They’re extremely reluctant to help you and can’t even smile or communicate like normal people when you ask a simple task like sending and collecting your parcel. They’re friendly towards each other though. What’s wrong with them. If they hate customers why choose a store front job?

Excellent customer service received from Tejmin.Couldn’t have asked for more pleasant interaction and excellent advice on how to renew a driving license.I would go as far as saying, that this is the most pleasant experience I have received from the post office service.
