Dispensed the wrong medication and refused to give a refund or exchange back. Told someone who is disabled that they should have just “come into the shop to open the medication and check” and it’s my responsibility to know that they would have given me the wrong medication like I’m psychic. It's now Gray's Inn Pharmacy after the entrepreneurial GP neighbour. Hardworking, efficient staff at this chemist. Always courteous under pressure. Former high turnover of staff seems to have abated. Works well with GP.

Since new management this place is really poor. The staff are friendly but the shop never have any stock.
