I ordered one flat white and the coffee taste was spot on. I can’t say anything about the coffee taste but the customer service, WOW i didn’t see that was coming. I don’t remember his name but he’s a caucasian descent British male worker and overweight. I walked in on Monday probably around 1 or 2 afternoon.
I ordered a big matcha and the barista did it the wrong way. They used very hot water instead of the warm one (about 80 degrees) so my matcha is bitter. I’m disappointed and sad:(
