Came here Saturday afternoon it was quiet. Staff that took my order wasn’t nice, she looked annoyed, didn’t smile once was frowning the whole time (agree with someone else’s review that she obviously looked like she hated life), couldn’t be bothered to say hi or thank you. I ordered an iced Americano on the evening of the 12th, but it was billed as an iced latte. The white female employee just gave me brewed coffee even though I added a shot. You don't even apologize properly In the end, the bill was calculated as a latte. Worst Starbucks experience of my life.
