Just been fitted for a pair of Salomon ski boots. Igor from S&R was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient and totally focused on getting the right fit for me, including custom insoles and stretching the boot a little.Outstanding service. I appreciate this sounds like an advert but credit where it’s due.

Went in to buy a Garmin Venu 3 which they didn’t happen to have in stock. No problem there, they had other models, I just want that particular one. But the attitude of the guy on the counter was awful, he couldn’t have been less interested. Pity. They had some nice jackets and I might’ve gone back to get one,...
