Went there last Friday (17 November) and all the employees were very kind and friendly. I was very pleased with the customer service.End up boughting some Skechers Razor football boots and they are just perfect!I debuted them on that evening's match and they are just like announced: Comfort That Performs!Light, crazy fast, responsive and wonderful to look at! Top notch!

Very poor customer service. Sales assistant couldn't provide a proper shoe measure for a toddler and gave a sheet of A4 paper and tried to measure a 3 year old foot using that. Then he tried to say his feet were 1.5 sizes smaller than his current shoes and then argued with us that we were wrong on his shoe size! We showed the assistant his current shoes but he didn't apologise for his error (or attitude) and said he "may" be half a size bigger than what he was. Poor attitude of staff in this store. Ended up going to battersea sketchers and received much better service and they had an appropriate foot measurer!

Always the best walking shoes at skechers. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The prices are a bit higher than I remembered them being but I think the quality is always very good so not too expensive for the good quality and overall comfort of the shoes. The arch fit shoes are really good for my high arches specifically

Really great customer service from Tais at Westfield white city, she has a very positive interaction with customers. I took my mother to purchase some shoes and Tais was always smiling and extremely helpful.Out of all the shops I visited with my mum her customer service is by far the best.Thank you Tais for a really great customer service experience!!!!!
